Savoring Nashville

It's been a week, but I can still taste every flavor presented at the amazing dinner in The Hutton Hotel for our Nashville Lifestyles' magazine Savor Nashville Celebrity Chef's Dinner. Icing on the cake for me was that each course was paired with my favorite vino from Cultivate Wines — the entire weekend was the ultimate 'foodie' experience, and one I won't soon forget.

Our team was all about raising funds for Hands on Nashville via our silent auction items, while the culinary genius' on site were creating fabulous presentations to tempt our palates. Hundreds gathered for a night of food, music and fun...

The starting course, complete with an exquisite quail egg from Hutton Hotel's head chef, Charles Phillips of 1808 Grille. I was lucky to mingle with not only 1808's champion Charles Phillips, but our visiting chefs—Bruce Moffett (of Barrington's and Good Food on Montford in Charlotte, NC), James Boyce (of Cotton Row and The Commerce Kitchen in Huntsville, AL) and winemaker, Nat Gunter of Cultivate Wines.

See more from our fabulous Savor Nashville weekend, including the Challenge to the Chefs Cook Off at NashvilleLifestyles.com.

So glad you're following me here at the Southern Sophisticate! Connect over on the side bar for the latest.
